The 80/20 Inventory

The 80/20 Inventory is not about products to sell, it is about everything.

Everything you think you need for the outcome you want to have.

First…

Perform a “System Purge”

List every tool, app, and subscription you think you need for your project.

Then…

Circle the 20% that will actually produce 80% of your results.

Strike through the rest.

Finally…

Put the “Struck-through” items in a folder labeled “Phase 2.” 

You aren’t deleting them forever; you are simply removing them from your field of vision so you can focus on the Origin.
